• Demonstrated track record in building, extending, or managing Figma component libraries.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaboration/prototyping tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in English is essential for a global team environment.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for documenting and scaling design practices.
