Senior UI-UX Designer

📋 Description

• Redesigning our ecommerce retail platforms and creating tools to enhance seller sales performance.

• Monitoring business health and implementing engaging experiences that modernize and boost customer engagement using industry best practices.

• Collaborating on the design and enhancement of our digital ecommerce stores, blending user empathy with strategic business insights.

• Partnering with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to develop seamless customer journeys from product browsing to checkout.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in UI/UX Product Design, with a robust portfolio featuring e-commerce or retail projects.

• In-depth knowledge of online retail user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising.

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive alignment in marketing, engineering, and business areas.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting design solutions that impact business results.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI with measurable outcomes.

• Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design for e-commerce websites.

• Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.) or experience with cross-sell, up-sell, and personalized merchandising solutions is a plus.

• Familiarity with retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and integrations.
