Senior Product Designer – UX/UI

📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for the daily user experience of dental teams.

• Utilize a user-centered design approach to comprehend and fulfill healthcare providers' needs.

• Contribute to developing innovative design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather insights and refine designs.

• Advocate for the user and design vision, challenging assumptions constructively.

• Transform concepts into engaging user experiences through concept exploration and iterative design.

• Maintain consistency with Tabeo's brand identity across all design elements.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance.

• Occasionally participate in projects for the Senior Leadership Team.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.

• Experience in designing multi-user or workflow-heavy B2B platforms.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• **Nice to Have:**

• Familiarity with fintech, healthcare, or SaaS platforms is a bonus.

• Experience in designing for PMS, CRM, or payment systems.
