Junior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to enhance features and UI

• Assist in qualitative and quantitative UX research, including usability tests and surveys

• Utilize feedback and usage data to create user-centric solutions

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for seamless implementation

• Maintain and enhance the design system for consistency and scalability

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design

• Strong portfolio showcasing research, prototypes, and A/B testing

• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools

• Excellent aesthetic sense and user-centered design understanding

• Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

• Ability to influence with data, empathy, and design rationale

• Passion for healthcare improvement through design

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

• Experience in healthcare or telemedicine is a bonus
