• Play a key role in the complete UX design process throughout the product lifecycle - from exploration and brainstorming to creating prototypes, delivery, and post-launch enhancements.
• Establish solid, trust-based relationships with client-facing teams (Client Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing) to uncover insights, pain points, and new possibilities.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate product strategy into clear, user-centric design solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply comprehend customer needs and evaluate design choices.
• Utilize qualitative insights (from customer interactions) and quantitative data (from tools like FullStory, Amazon Quicksight, or similar) to shape UX strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Client Success teams to prioritize and validate design hypotheses through research and testing.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to visualize and convey ideas and user experiences.
• Review existing workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement, simplification, or improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest UX best practices and emerging trends to ensure Vable's design approach meets modern customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to generate ideas, align priorities, and collectively solve challenges.
• Actively solicit feedback and incorporate it to refine your thought process and iterate on designs.
• Provide developer-ready designs and address inquiries from Engineering and QA teams as required.
• Design high-fidelity, responsive UI designs that maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to test on web and mobile platforms, identifying and resolving usability or visual consistency issues.
• Contribute to and assist in managing Vable's evolving design system to ensure a unified and user-friendly experience.
• Promote a strong design culture by sharing best practices, facilitating design reviews, and promoting learning within the team.
• Clearly communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences with confidence.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of UX/product design experience, with at least 1 year in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in guiding the complete design process, from exploration and user research to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies, including surveys, interview scripts, and qualitative insight collection.
• Familiarity with product analytics or behavior-tracking tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Proven ability to create high-fidelity, responsive UI designs.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Advanced proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools like Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
• Deep knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Authorization to live and work in the UK.
