📋 Description
• Create transformative user experiences for global brands as part of our growing Human-Centered Design Studio.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies to solve client challenges and deliver solutions that balance user needs and business goals.
• Create UX deliverables such as user research, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and usability testing plans.
• Design responsive web and mobile applications aligned with modern UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with client teams (when needed), adapting to their processes and participating in ceremonies.
• Lead and contribute to design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
• Facilitate user research, workshops, and user testing sessions, turning insights into actionable designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across product, development, and client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects, balancing creativity and efficiency in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Ensure the final designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge across teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong experience across the entire UX process: research, concept development, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Proven experience working with remote teams and global clients.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business goals into elegant design solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications, with a solid understanding of responsive design.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
• Spanish is a plus.
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate process, problem-solving, and impact.
