📋 Description

• Lead the creation of impactful video and motion content for various digital platforms, from initial concept to final production

• Develop engaging short-form social videos, animated explainers, and brand films

• Participate in all project stages including brainstorming, research, editing, and quality assurance

• Generate and present innovative video concepts that bring brand narratives to life

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on project vision and execution

• Provide guidance to creative teams and designers on production techniques, best practices, and maximizing impact within set timelines and budget

• Source and edit footage, create motion graphics, animations, and VFX in accordance with brand guidelines

• Handle sound design and audio editing utilizing tools like Audition or equivalent software

• Manage workflow and timelines efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality output

• Simplify complex topics into engaging ideas and executions

• Ensure work aligns with agreed creative direction

• Work flexibly, proactively, and collaboratively within set deadlines

• Take ownership of ideas, advocate for them, and actively contribute to team discussions and creative direction


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional talent, creativity, and ability to produce outstanding video and motion content; no degree required

• Possess a keen creative eye and a passion for visual storytelling, animation, and impactful content

• Show curiosity about technology's role in communication and explore innovative tools like AI for creative enhancement

• Understand the importance of structure and adaptability in delivering high-quality work under pressure

• Collaborate effectively, demonstrate resourcefulness, and confidently manage projects within a team environment

• Have at least 5 years of experience in video production, motion design, or animation, preferably in a fast-paced creative setting

• Deep understanding of modern B2B and brand marketing, with the ability to create cutting-edge creative solutions

• Familiarity with agency operations, managing multiple projects, and attention to detail

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong video content creation skills, both independently and as part of a team

• Display a broad creative interest that enriches your approach and ideas
