• Lead design projects to enhance the effectiveness of clinical operations and member outcomes by connecting digital and in-person workflows for a seamless user experience.
• Foster a deep understanding of user needs and feedback to drive empathetic solutions that align with the overall vision.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop forward-thinking product solutions based on user insights and empathy.
• Create innovative designs, validate them iteratively with users, and contribute to a consistent design system.
• Define measurable criteria for user experience and advocate for design excellence across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; related graduate degree (Human-computer interaction, Design, etc.) preferred.
• Passion for transforming behavioral health for children and families.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring junior designers and promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design rationale and vision to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience in designing digital products and scalable systems, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Ability to manage complexity and navigate clinical flows efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Startup mindset with the initiative to fill gaps and contribute to design and strategy as needed.
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, mental health, or service design for hybrid digital/physical services.
