📋 Description

• Conducting user research by conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Analyzing data to discover insights and map user journeys.

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project objectives.

• Developing design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across various platforms.

• Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business goals.

• Presenting and articulating design ideas clearly to team members and clients.

• Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance designs.

• Staying informed about industry trends and emerging tools to introduce innovative ideas.

• Supporting UX on ongoing projects and applying best practices to existing or new solutions.

• Auditing UX for current clients and driving demand for UX services.

• Creating and refining packaging for UX-centric audits and promoting the value and role of UX internally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possessing 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a compelling portfolio showcasing your work.

• Demonstrating the ability to create user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and fundamental front-end development concepts.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and the Lightning design system.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Exceptional skills in visualizing and communicating design concepts effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with emphasis on usability and functionality.

• Capable of balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Bonus points for Salesforce certifications, including Admin, Strategy Designer, and/or User Experience Designer.
