• We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Director of Product Design to lead, expand, and elevate our design team and practices.
• Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end design function, shaping user experience, driving design strategy, and integrating AI into design workflows and customer experiences.
• Minimum 8 years of product design experience, with at least 3 years leading design teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute a unified design vision.
• Experience in designing and delivering top-notch B2B or B2B2C digital products across mobile and web platforms.
• Proficiency in UX, UI, interaction design, and systems thinking along with experience in team scaling and mentorship.
• Comfortable in dynamic, startup settings balancing agility with quality and long-term objectives.
• Previous exposure to AI-enhanced experiences or utilizing AI tools for design enhancements is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
