📋 Description

• Take the lead in developing end-to-end product designs for innovative digital financial tools on mobile and web platforms.

• Collaborate on the initial stages of product strategy to define value propositions, user journeys, and minimum viable product (MVP) experiences.

• Simplify complex ideas into user-friendly and emotionally engaging experiences.

• Conduct research, usability testing, and rapid experiments to validate new concepts.

• Enhance high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interaction flows.

• Work closely with teams to ensure top-notch execution and user experience (UX) across all touchpoints.

• Evaluate the impact of design solutions on business and user outcomes such as activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.

• Develop and expand the design system to accommodate new product interfaces and growth requirements.

• Mentor junior designers and foster a design culture focused on achieving desired outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience, with a particular emphasis on consumer or B2B Software as a Service (SaaS), Financial Technology (FinTech), developer tools or platforms, or growth-oriented products.

• Previous experience in managing teams.

• Demonstrate a portfolio featuring end-to-end product design for new product launches, MVPs, or growth experiments.

• Ability to bring clarity to projects by identifying opportunities, generating concepts, and delivering high-quality results.

• Skilled in balancing objectives, technical feasibility, and user requirements.

• Proficient in using Figma and other modern design tools, with an understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.

• Experience with user research methodologies and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions.

• Familiarity with design systems and their maintenance and evolution.
