• Minimum of 6 years experience in design leadership roles (e.g., Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, Head of Brand Design) • Proven track record of scaling design teams and delivering innovative products or brand experiences • Ability to navigate uncertainty and translate vision into tangible design solutions • Driven by values, focused on growth, and passionate about building cohesive, values-aligned teams • Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, self-awareness, and empathy • Interest in integrating personal and professional development • Previous experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies • Expertise in human-centered design, regenerative design, or systems thinking • Background in fostering design cultures that prioritize depth, presence, and authenticity
