• Develop the Product Design Strategy for CoinsPaid.
• Mentor and guide experienced product designers to ensure their success through coaching, performance evaluations, and personal development plans.
• Manage the Product Design Team's workflow from user research insights to enhancing customer experience.
• Oversee team scalability and establish an efficient organizational structure.
• Implement CX/UX research practices to enhance feature releases' quality.
• Collaborate closely with CX Team, Product Managers, and Team Leads to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancements.
• Advocate for user needs through best practices, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
• Work within product flows, design systems, guidelines, specifications, and principles, open to discussion and self-critique.
• Share knowledge internally and externally through presentations, meetings, and workshops.
• Develop design systems for both B2B and B2C products, as well as the overall corporate identity.
• Contribute to product development processes and maintain consistent visual style across the company's products.
• Assist in implementing analytical and research tools and methodologies.
