• As the Regional Design Director, you will lead and oversee creative excellence within a specific geographic area of the company.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring design quality across the region and advocating for our Living-Centered Design ethos with clients.
• You will collaborate with senior design leaders to introduce innovative design concepts to select clients.
• Manage high-performance design teams in all regional offices to drive success metrics.
• Your performance will be measured by the achievement of regional success metrics and the overall success of all regions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture is a must
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in design leadership roles or equivalent is required
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a design studio or practice segment is necessary
• Preferably hold current US Architectural Registration
• Additional accreditation such as LEED is preferred
• Strong design portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work
• Excellent oral presentation and storytelling skills are essential
• Ability to understand and implement business strategy
• Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated through effective communication
• Travel is expected
