• SimplePractice is seeking a Director of Design to lead the UX vision for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) group. This team plays a crucial role in facilitating payment processes for over 250,000 clinicians, handling client billing, insurance claims, managed billing services, and payment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with senior product and engineering leaders to shape cutting-edge financial tools that simplify insurance processes, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall user experience in the healthcare industry.

• Responsibilities include defining and expanding the RCM design organization, guiding cross-functional peers through key decisions, implementing robust design processes, advocating for high-quality design, leading UX vision and team development, ensuring design excellence across various financial workflows, championing accessibility and inclusive design, and representing the design team in executive forums.
• Desired Skills & Experience: 10+ years in product design; etc
• 10+ years in product design, with 5+ years at a director or senior director level in complex domains
• Proven experience in leading design for finance or regulated SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with engineering tools and AI-informed UX strategies; expertise in org design, scaling design systems, and executive communication
• Strong leadership skills, experience with billing, claims, or payment tools, and proficiency in design software and project management tools
