• Lead the entire design process, including user research, product flows, wire-framing, and UI design.

• Manage a team of product designers, providing mentorship and coaching for their success.
• Recruit and onboard new product designers.
• Be hands-on and actively contribute to Rillet’s UX/UI design.
• Over 5 years of experience leading design teams in a product-driven B2B SaaS environment.
• More than 5 years of experience working on end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex design challenges and systems.
• Proven track record in all phases of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to grasp and visualize intricate systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
• Ability to challenge conventional practices and draw inspiration from diverse sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
