• Demonstrated design leadership with a portfolio showcasing the ability to define vision, address ambiguous problems, and make a significant impact on a large scale
• Ability to define vision and impact product roadmaps and organizational design
• Excellent communication skills; articulate complex ideas, influence executive leadership, and build consensus
• Comfortable with uncertainty; actively seek out new challenges
