• Possess 1-3+ years of art direction or design experience, preferably in an agency or dynamic in-house creative environment.

• Showcase a diverse portfolio highlighting strong concept development and design skills across different media.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools as a bonus.

• Solid grasp of typography, composition, and branding fundamentals.

• Ability to transform marketing strategies into impactful creative solutions.

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
