• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in 2D and 3D pipelines, including modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Familiarity with brand systems and the impact of motion on brand identity.
• Ability to create assets optimized for web and digital platforms (e.g., video, Lottie, interactive 3D).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate creative ideas to non-design stakeholders.
