• Take charge of projects from inception to final delivery, creating engaging and on-brand narratives for various marketing, brand, and product platforms.
• Serve as a steward of our visual identity, establishing quality benchmarks, refining motion design principles, and enhancing our video production processes.
• Extensive experience in motion design and video production at a senior level, showcasing a strong portfolio illustrating end-to-end involvement across brand, marketing, and product channels.
• Proven track record of leading creative projects autonomously, managing complex tasks, foreseeing obstacles, and producing high-quality results in fast-paced settings.
• In-depth knowledge of brand marketing, with the ability to translate brand values into cohesive and scalable motion content for various campaigns and platforms.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing, including advanced skills in tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro, along with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and audio elements.
• Experience collaborating across teams, effectively communicating creative visions and strategic objectives to marketing and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership through mentorship and influence, nurturing the development of fellow designers and collaborators without formal managerial duties.
• Eagerness to explore new tools and technologies, including AI-driven workflows, with a focus on enhancing creative quality, efficiency, and scalability.
