• Develop engaging motion graphics for various purposes including brand campaigns, digital content, and sports media assets.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, editors, designers, and client teams to ensure the production of high-quality and cohesive outputs.
• Provide mentorship, art direction, and guidance to junior designers to foster team growth and maintain quality standards.
• Present concepts and treatments confidently to stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and spearhead innovative approaches to keep APMC content at the forefront of creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in 3D animation, with preference given to proficiency in Cinema 4D with Redshift/Octane.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create storyboards and treatments effectively.
• Understanding of 3D pipelines and their integration with 2D workflows.
• Background in sports media production, including hype videos, broadcast graphics, and live event content.
• Passion for sports culture, especially NHL, MLB, and related audiences.
• Proficient in visual design across various mediums beyond motion, including print, digital, and branding.
• Experience with web motion design using tools like Rive, Jitter, and interactive animations.
• 5–7+ years of experience at top-tier agencies or in-house creative teams.
