📋 Description

• Develop innovative front door experiences that guide users through their healthcare journey

• Manage online search and doctor-referral processes for patients

• Implement experiments to enhance patient search experiences online and with healthcare providers

• Lead the design of landing pages, onboarding experiences, and new communication channels

• Create production-ready visual designs and establish reusable design patterns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric design solutions

• Balance short-term conversion goals with long-term design visions while iterating based on user feedback

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 3 years on a growth-focused team

• Strong expertise in visual and interaction design

• Proven track record in hypothesis-driven iteration and delivering measurable results

• Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling designs
