• The Art Director is responsible for developing strategic solutions to achieve objectives and spark innovative ideas.
• They supervise designers to create unique designs that are cutting-edge and emotionally impactful for clients and their audiences.
• Utilizing technical expertise, product knowledge, and in-depth research skills, the Art Director selects tools and elements to support and represent design concepts.
• They are dedicated to advancing business interests and staying ahead in design and technology trends.
• Serving as a technical mentor, the Art Director offers guidance and training to fellow designers to enhance team performance.
• Actively collaborating with the Director of Operations and Design Director, the Art Director contributes to achieving company and department objectives while upholding the mission and vision.
• At least 8 years of experience in design and/or art direction roles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management responsibilities.
• Strong client interaction experience, involving communication strategies and sales support.
• Expertise in digital marketing design, encompassing campaigns, landing pages, and advertising materials.
• Ability to work closely with Sales and Professional Services teams on presentations and scoping discussions.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks, design workflows, and project milestones.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
