EMEA Capital Markets Design Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a stakeholder and consultant for the CMG-JBS design team

• Assist CMG leadership and Design Operations by sharing industry best practices

• Collaborate with Capital Markets teams and local designers

• Evaluate CMG‑JBS design outputs for excellence and consistency

• Offer practical feedback to enhance design delivery

• Participate in project feedback sessions and share valuable insights

• Cultivate productive relationships with designers and stakeholders throughout EMEA

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years’ experience in graphic design in Capital Markets or a related professional services setting

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Hands-on design expertise

• Knowledge of brand guidelines, design systems, and quality standards

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback

• Interest in exploring AI and automation in design
