📋 Description

• Create and enhance interfaces for products incorporating AI functionalities

• Quickly prototype and improve designs

• Utilize Figma as the main design tool

• Incorporate accessibility into design processes

• Collaborate closely with product and development teams

• Challenge requirements and question assumptions

• Shape Thirdbridge's design offerings

• Contribute to evolving Thirdbridge's design system

• Stay updated on design trends related to AI

• Lead a team of 3 individuals and nurture talent

• Represent Thirdbridge in external environments

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for complex digital products, including those with AI components

• Proven track record in team management and ensuring high performance

• Efficient prototyping skills and ability to articulate design choices

• Strong design perspective and the ability to defend it

• Proficient in using AI tools

• Ability to switch between strategic planning and precise execution

• Keen eye for identifying quality products

• Proficiency in Figma and the latest design tools

• Experience in agile environments with distributed teams

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English in a mainly francophone setting
