📋 Description

• Lead the development and evolution of Maximus's visual identity across various touchpoints, aligning our brand with the realms of science, technology, and human potential

• Establish and uphold comprehensive brand standards that are adaptable to digital, physical, and emerging platforms

• Curate and refine our brand book to serve as the guiding light for all creative endeavors

• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business goals into compelling creative strategies

• Create and optimize a creative asset generation engine capable of producing premium content efficiently

• Implement systems that balance creative excellence with the demands of a rapidly-growing performance medicine company

• Define metrics to measure creative impact and enhance output quality and efficiency continuously

• Drive the adoption of innovative creative technologies and AI tools to expedite production without compromising quality

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a top-tier creative team comprising designers, copywriters, motion designers, and production specialists

• Cultivate a culture of creative excellence, experimentation, and accountability within the team

• Develop clear career paths and growth opportunities for team members

• Strike a balance between internal capabilities and strategic external partnerships and agencies

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align creative efforts with business objectives

• Partner with clinical and science teams to translate intricate medical concepts into engaging content

• Work with Technology teams to ensure seamless creative implementation across digital platforms

• Support Sales and Partnership teams with materials that drive business development

• Oversee all creative output including campaigns, digital experiences, product design elements, environmental design, and content creation

• Reinforce Maximus's standing as a premium leader in performance medicine through every creative touchpoint

• Advocate for innovative approaches that set Maximus apart in the wellness industry

• Maintain involvement in key projects while effectively delegating and empowering the team


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative leadership, including at least 3 years in building and managing creative teams

• Demonstrated success in building brands in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors

• Profound expertise in brand development, visual systems, and multi-channel creative execution

• Experience in establishing high-performance creative operations that prioritize quality and speed

• Portfolio showcasing groundbreaking creative work that drives tangible business outcomes

• Strong grasp of digital-first creative and emerging platforms

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or advanced degree preferred)
