• Lead, develop, and mentor a top-performing team of product designers, advocating for their work company-wide
• Establish key performance indicators to demonstrate your team's impact on company objectives and ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver solutions that provide tangible value to customers
• Enhance Aurora's design operations by incorporating industry best practices and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies
• Infuse research into our processes to continuously test, learn, and understand user needs
• Define and implement design processes, tools, and infrastructure to support agile product development
• Minimum of 12 years in product design, user experience design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience building design teams and fostering cultures that deliver technical SaaS products
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in defining and aligning on product visions across various audiences
• Extensive background in shipping complex tools, design systems, and multi-role products on web, iOS, and/or Android platforms
