• Lead and supervise a top-performing design engineering team consisting of 28 direct reports.
• Supervise the design process for PV harnesses, DC feeders, MV cables, and related components within the EBOS framework.
• Ensure designs meet accuracy, compliance, and manufacturability standards through thorough review and approval.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Project Engineering, and Production teams to deliver optimized solutions.
• Initiate value engineering projects and drive continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in PV, electrical design, or EBOS engineering.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles within the engineering field.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of NEC and PV system design principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with familiarity in PVsyst being advantageous.
• Ability to interpret plan sets, single-line diagrams, and technical schematics effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Previous experience working with manufacturing/production teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and NETA standards is required.
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, though not mandatory.
