• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Senior Art Directors, and Art Directors to develop and execute seasonal editorial campaigns for Hollister.
• Establish and enhance the Hollister brand identity for a new generation of consumers, while building on existing brand foundations.
• Lead the concepting and planning of seasonal photoshoots, including compiling mood boards, organizing production details, model casting, and communicating with production partners.
• Oversee finalizing photography edits and organize imagery across all mediums, collaborating with retouching and design partners as needed.
• Work collaboratively with various creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and deliverables across all channels.
• Prepare and present ideas/projects to cross-functional partners and leadership, while maintaining databases for future planning.
• Support other projects and responsibilities within the Hollister family of brands and studio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of art direction experience in fashion retail or related industry
• On-set photoshoot experience in both fashion editorial studio and location settings
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, Figma, and Mural programs
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and adaptability skills
• Passion for current trends in fashion, photography, social media, and culture
• Willingness to travel to Columbus, Ohio for key meetings and photoshoots
