• Guide and motivate a team of 4-6 skilled product designers, remaining hands-on when necessary.

• Transform user requirements and financial insights into user-friendly workflows that empower customers and deliver significant value.
• Explore the potential of AI-powered tools like MCPs, Figma Make, Cursor, and other innovative systems to enhance speed and quality.
• Proficiency in managing the entire product lifecycle, from defining product strategy and facilitating exploration to developing concepts and implementation.
• Strong design skills encompassing visual, interaction, and UX aspects, emphasizing clarity, usefulness, enjoyment, and leadership in team development.
• Demonstrated ability to align with and influence PMs, engineers, data experts, and executives.
• Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and emerging tools such as Pencil/Cursor.
• Effective storytelling skills to convey the strategic rationale behind designs, not just their aesthetics.
