📋 Description

• Take charge of the UX vision, strategy, and implementation for InSight DXP

• Create AI-driven design processes to enhance efficiency from discovery to handoff

• Establish "AI-First" interaction patterns for users engaging with AI agents and intricate metadata

• Translate leadership directives into structured design plans and quantifiable user results

• Build and expand enterprise-level design systems

• Set up an efficient operational rhythm for the design team

• Ensure accountability and transparency across intricate, cross-functional projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of Product Design experience

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex SaaS or enterprise platforms

• Demonstrated success in "AI-First" design

• Proficiency in building and expanding design systems within an Agile environment

• Understanding of the impact of low-code/no-code architectures and metadata frameworks on user experience

• Experience in highly regulated industries like Banking, Government, or Healthcare

• Proficient in tools such as Figma
