• As the Creative Director, you will play a crucial role as a hands-on, strategic leader in defining and enhancing Revive's brand identity during a period of rapid growth.
• This position requires a blend of creative vision and direct implementation to deliver impactful, enterprise-ready content while establishing scalable systems that promote brand consistency, market credibility, and revenue expansion.
• Take charge of shaping and advancing Revive's brand strategy and visual identity to mirror a sophisticated, growing organization.
• Implement and maintain clear creative guidelines across all platforms and materials.
• Ensure brand coherence and distinctiveness across various channels such as digital, print, sales, and executive communications.
• Personally create impactful creative assets including integrated campaign materials, sales support collateral, executive presentations, digital advertising content, and strategic brand projects.
• Act as the quality control leader and creative authority for all deliverables.
• Translate business goals into compelling, performance-oriented creative solutions.
• Lead and guide the internal design team, offering guidance, feedback, and oversight of their performance.
• Enhance the team's creative benchmarks, efficiency, and overall capabilities.
• Develop scalable creative workflows, asset management systems, and production procedures.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, with a minimum of 2–3 years leading creative projects or managing design teams.
• Demonstrated track record of enhancing brand sophistication within organizations experiencing growth or scaling.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing strategic brand development and high-quality hands-on work in digital, print, and sales support materials.
• Ability to function as a player-coach, balancing leadership duties with hands-on production work.
• Experience collaborating with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to create performance-oriented creative content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and contemporary digital design tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
• Strong skills in designing executive-level presentations, including materials for investors.
• Experience implementing creative standards, workflows, and scalable processes.
