• Lead and guide the expanding Product Design team across various product portfolios, offering direction, feedback, and structure to ensure top-notch design outcomes on all product interfaces.
• Cultivate a supportive team environment that promotes experimentation, creativity, and professional development.
• Actively participate in the implementation and optimization process as a hands-on team member, willing to get involved in product work.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver user-centric experiences that enhance customer engagement, activation, usage, and satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end design processes, from research and conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and final UI design.
• Establish scalable design systems, documentation, and workflows to boost design efficiency and consistency across teams.
• Advocate for user empathy and usability standards, using insights to guide product decisions and enhance UX continuously.
• Minimum 8 years of UX and product design experience for web and mobile products, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Fullstory, Miro, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Sound knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
• Experience working in an agile development setting, collaborating with various disciplines.
