β’ Take charge of the complete design strategy for digital banking experiences across various platforms such as web, mobile, and emerging digital channels
β’ Create and enhance user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for important user journeys
β’ Promote an omnichannel strategy by aligning digital experiences with branch, contact center, and marketing interactions
β’ Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and behavioral analytics
β’ Work closely with Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to address business requirements
β’ Establish and uphold scalable design standards, UI patterns, and design systems
β’ Collaborate with vendor partners to optimize their platforms to align with Parkβs experience goals
β’ Partner with analytics and product teams to establish metrics, monitor KPIs, and assess performance
β’ Ensure digital experiences adhere to security, accessibility, and compliance standards
β’ High school diploma or equivalent is required
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is essential
β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX Design is necessary
β’ Preferably holds certifications from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) and Google UX Design Professional
