• Collaborate directly with the ECD on generating ideas, conceptualizing, and crafting creative strategies to translate vision into action
• Present innovative and well-grounded ideas and possess the ability to implement them independently
• Uphold the ECD's creative standards across all projects and channels
• Contribute to positioning the brand in cultural moments, campaigns, and impactful initiatives that embody the essence of PrizePicks
• Supervise two Art Directors (Brand and Social) and two specialized designers
• Uphold and enhance the work of George and Brandon – your role is to elevate their creations, not alter them
• Coach by example: demonstrate superior work quality instead of just explaining it
• Foster a conducive environment where the team delivers their best creative outputs
• Offer direct, constructive feedback to enhance the quality of work consistently
• Develop campaign assets from initial brief to final product – encompassing digital, social, OOH, CRM, and product touchpoints
• Create animated TV commercials, social media content, and motion systems from scratch (Non-negotiable)
• Construct 3D assets – strong proficiency in Blender is highly preferred
• Brainstorm and write in collaboration with copy when necessary – including scripts, taglines, and platforms
• 8–12+ years of experience in executing creative projects in a dynamic in-house or agency setting
• Track record of managing or guiding creative professionals – contributing to their growth and development
• Portfolio showcasing diverse skills: strategic campaign planning, top-tier visual design, motion graphics, and 3D visualization
• Mastery in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects – fundamental competencies
• Strong proficiency in Blender – essential for setting yourself apart
• Proficiency in performance-oriented creativity – ability to recognize effective paid social content and its impact
• In-depth knowledge of sports and pop culture – particularly NBA, NFL, and related trends
• Background in sports, gaming, or entertainment/culture – fluent in the industry's language
• Capability to conceive ideas, pitch, write, and execute at an exceptional level throughout project phases
