• Lead the conceptualization, art direction, design, and execution of creative projects across various platforms including social media, digital, TV, AR, branding, packaging, print, OOH, and more
• Collaborate closely with a copywriter to generate innovative and distinctive creative concepts
• Transform abstract concepts into polished visuals using mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts
• Create visually appealing systems that align with brand and business strategies
• Work collaboratively with teams from Marketing, Growth, Social, and Retail departments
• Elevate creative standards while ensuring practicality and feasibility
• Contribute to defining and enhancing the creative direction as the brand expands
• Actively seek out and leverage cutting-edge creative tools and technologies to push boundaries while maintaining efficiency
• Perform other assigned duties as required
• Around 5–8+ years of experience in Art Direction
• Possess a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strategic insights, and a diverse range of executions
• Previous experience in collaborating with a Copywriter as an Art Director
• Ability to work across different mediums including packaging, experiential, and campaigns
• Proficient in using creative software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience in motion design is advantageous
• Comfortable exploring AI tools for creative purposes
• Strong eye for visuals, storytelling skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Team player with confidence and humility
• Experience with CPG, startups, or rapidly growing brands is a bonus
