• Work closely with internal teams and clients to plan, implement, and deliver healthcare and pharmaceutical medical and marketing projects
• Analyze client needs, therapeutic focus, and target demographics to create print and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with various departments to generate creative brand experiences and maintain brand consistency
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence by all involved parties
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure project quality, timelines, and budgets
• Review materials, provide feedback, and finalize projects while ensuring creative vision and quality assurance
• Present designs and rationale to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback
• Manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets for Synchrony Healthcare initiatives
• Identify staffing needs, allocate resources, handle contractor invoices, and oversee team members and contractors
• Stay updated on industry trends in advertising, branding, design, and digital technologies
• Preferred degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of studio design experience, especially in medical communications
• Agency background with pharmaceutical accounts is a plus
• Familiarity with agency workflow processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of interactive programming is beneficial
• Strong creative, conceptual, and visual storytelling abilities
• Effective presentation and persuasion skills
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and managing teams
• Vendor management experience in various creative fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time and project management capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate within a team
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel as needed
• Availability for presentations and nontraditional hours as required by clients
