ASIC Physical Design Lead

📋 Description

• Lead Physical Implementation Leadership from start to finish

• Develop strategies for floorplanning, PnR, and GDSII delivery

• Define execution strategy, schedules, and design methodology

• Collaborate with Architecture and RTL teams

• Drive timing closure and optimization for PPA

• Implement clocking, power, and sign-off strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years experience in ASIC Physical Design

• Expertise in floorplanning, PnR, CTS, STA, and physical verification

• Proficiency with Cadence and/or Synopsys toolchains

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a distributed team environment
