Associate Art Director

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and design content independently based on strategic direction

• Strengthen brand awareness in agency projects by developing designs, layouts, and concepts

• Collaborate with senior art staff and copywriters to create concepts and layouts for client, in-house, and new business projects

• Assist senior creative staff and team members while following directives

• Coordinate with in-house art department/studio and external suppliers to finalize comps

• Manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines

• Facilitate communication among all departments to ensure efficient workflow and results

• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills

• Maintain accurate timesheets within specified deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, communication design, or art direction required

• 2+ years of design experience in an agency setting preferred

• Quick learner with initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on quality

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong oral and written communication skills

• Portfolio of creative samples, preferably in Pharmaceutical marketing

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

• Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
