• Responsible for effectively conveying the visual brand and communicating brand improvements
• Ensure seamless integration of brand elements and provide informed, strategic art direction
• Collaborate with writers to develop compelling creative concepts and assess work based on key criteria
• Oversee production process: create shot lists, provide art direction to photographers/illustrators/suppliers, manage on-site video/photo shoots, review post-production
• Independently present to clients, express design vision, strategic reasoning, and brand differentiation
• Supervise and mentor creative team members, work with agency teams, and offer constructive feedback
• Participate in strategic client discussions, represent creative team in agency leadership, and contribute to business growth
• Bachelor's degree and/or art/design/portfolio school; strong portfolio required
• Minimum 7 years of design experience in advertising or marketing agency
• Preference for experience in Healthcare Industry/Medical Field
• Advanced conceptual skills with a keen design sensibility
• Proficiency in Mac OS and design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and pre-press production
• Familiarity with communication/documentation platforms (ProofHQ, Workfront, etc.)
• Experience directing photographers, illustrators, and suppliers; managing on-site video/photo shoots
• Strong client presentation and communication abilities
• Experience in mentoring and providing feedback to team members
