• Lead our team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and creatives with innovative vision and creativity.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, strategists, designers, and copywriters to generate ideas and drive projects forward.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and brand essence of all creative endeavors.

• Engage in hands-on design work alongside the team, demonstrating leadership through action.

• Work closely with the Engagement Manager to present ideas to clients and gather valuable feedback.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the creative team, offering guidance and mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting conceptual skills that lead to innovative digital solutions.

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative agency, with digital agency experience being a plus.

• Have 3-5 years of experience in an Associate Creative Director role, including managing junior team members.

• Demonstrate a curiosity for digital media and a keen interest in the latest tech trends.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Balance coaching junior team members and responding to client feedback to maintain a positive team dynamic and client relationships.

• Exhibit a strong desire to create impactful work that resonates with audiences and achieves results.

• Show enthusiasm for hands-on design work and collaboration with the team.

• Possess marketing acumen and a passion for developing cross-channel campaigns.
