• Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop project briefs
• Cultivate strong client relationships through innovative ideation, recommendations, and support
• Deliver creative concepts and strategies to clients and cross-functional teams
• Provide expertise on brands, disease states, clinical trials, data, and competitive products, as well as relevant media and technology
• Generate unique marketing initiatives aligned with client strategies
• Ensure high-quality art assets are produced and oversee 3rd party vendors
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the design team and achieving project goals
• Motivate and guide the creative team in collaboration with other internal stakeholders
• Keep up-to-date with industry, competitor, and cultural trends to inspire creative ideas and influence strategies
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including 5 years in an agency setting and 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in leading brand planning for clients with budgets ranging from $3M to $8M
• Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and client interaction skills
