• Demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, the ACD effectively delegates tasks and manages responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations, all while actively engaging in idea generation and maintaining executional excellence.
• Serving as a key link between creative teams, senior account members, and clients within their designated brand portfolio, the ACD consistently surpasses strategic and creative expectations.
• With a keen sense of business acumen, the ACD not only excels in their own craft but also nurtures the talents of their team members.
• Possessing advanced presentation and persuasion skills, the ACD excels in leading meetings and advocating for work both internally and externally, setting a positive example for others.
• Responsibilities encompass project leadership, brand voice definition, workload management, mentorship, client presentations, and support for new business initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare/pharma advertising
• Extensive industry knowledge across various disease states for consumer and healthcare professional audiences
• Proficiency in developing impactful creative content across omnichannel platforms
• Preference for candidates with social and television/broadcast advertising experience
• Recognized as a creative authority with a track record of guiding copy teams
• Advanced understanding of scientific information and copywriting principles
• Ability to lead copy teams and foster collaborative relationships across functions
• Demonstrated capability in team management and handling high project volumes
• Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices is advantageous
