• Competitive Salary: Starting at $100,000 annually, plus incentives

⛳️ Requirements

• Portfolio Required: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume, highlighting relevant brand and campaign work

• Minimum 7 years of visual design experience in an agency or in-house creative team

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills across design and copy disciplines

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or other digital platforms is a plus

• Strong grasp of brand systems, hierarchy, and scaling creative execution

• Advanced skills in layout, packaging, illustration, color theory, and typography

• Ability to translate strategy into visually engaging, on-brand storytelling

• Experience in digital-first design and understanding of UX/UI best practices

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects

• Collaborative, excellent communicator with strong presentation abilities

• Ability to inspire, support, and co-create with team members to deliver exceptional creative work

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines

• Open to giving and receiving feedback, organized, accountable, and self-motivated

• Proficient in AI tools for enhancing creative workflows and concepting

• 3D/CGI experience is a bonus
