• Take charge of leading and overseeing creative projects from start to finish, particularly those that require a high level of creativity and strategy.
• Guide and support designers, art directors, and specialists while actively participating in project execution.
• Effectively present work and communicate project progress to internal teams, clients, and vendors in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate closely with clients to translate their needs and objectives into actionable, strategic briefs for the creative teams.
• Engage in cross-departmental collaborations with other leads to ensure alignment of best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Work with Producers and Executive Producers to establish project staffing plans.
• Report to senior creative leads, including the Creative Director.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a design-focused role within an agency or studio environment, showcasing a diverse portfolio of immersive, interactive, and animation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and narratively, with a forward-thinking creative vision.
• Active engagement with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
• Proficiency in leading and managing teams of various sizes in both remote and in-person settings.
• Strong collaboration skills with Producers to ensure creative development aligns with project objectives.
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented individual with a drive for making a positive impact.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
