• Mutiny (Trailer Park Group) is a fully integrated creative agency specializing in the Gaming industry

• Seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead design and conceptual ideas for social-focused campaigns within the gaming sector

• Responsible for directing art design at the campaign level for social-focused initiatives

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to develop and execute campaign plans

• Work seamlessly across various channels and platforms

• Assist in guiding teams with storyboarding, shot lists, and creative direction

• Incorporate feedback from internal and client teams effectively

• Proactively manage tasks, prioritize, and organize work efficiently

• Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Updated portfolio showcasing leadership in social-focused art/copy for campaigns

• Experience working with gaming clients is advantageous

• Prior experience in advertising/marketing agencies is crucial

• Passion for RPG-based video games is desirable

• Demonstrated award-worthy portfolio emphasizing craft and attention to detail

• Minimum of 6 years of art direction experience in an integrated marketing/advertising agency

• Proven success in developing campaign-level ideas

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, with a focus on organization and attention to detail

• Even-tempered personality with the ability to adapt under pressure

• Preferred experience in entertainment, agency, or gaming industries

• Skilled in leading creative teams with grace and strategic guidance

• Candidates must be based on the West Coast of the US
