Associate Creative Director

📋 Description

• Mutiny, the integrated creative agency of Trailer Park Group focusing on Gaming, is in search of an Associate Creative Director to spearhead social-forward campaigns.

• Serve as a design and conceptual leader for social-forward campaigns targeting gaming clients.

• Develop and oversee art design at the campaign level for social-forward initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to strategize and execute campaigns.

• Demonstrate agility across various channels and platforms.

• Lead teams in storyboarding, shot lists, and creative guidance.

• Incorporate feedback from internal and client teams effectively.

• Proactively manage tasks, track progress, and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase an updated portfolio highlighting leadership in social-forward art/copy for campaigns.

• Previous experience with gaming clients is preferred.

• Prior experience in advertising/marketing agencies is essential.

• Passion for RPG-based video games is a plus.

• Location must be on the West Coast of the US.

• Demonstrated award-worthy portfolio showcasing attention to detail and craft in social-forward campaigns.

• Minimum of 6 years of art direction experience in an integrated marketing/advertising agency required.

• Proven track record in developing campaign-level ideation and winning awards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with organization, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

• Ability to remain composed, adapt under pressure, and collaborate effectively with multiple teams on tight schedules.

• Prior experience in entertainment, agency, or game industry is preferred.

• Capability to lead creative talent with grace and strategic support.
