• Take charge of the creative direction and implementation of UI design for various digital products and platforms

• Implement user-centered design approaches from initial concept to refined visual design

• Present and explain design decisions to clients and stakeholders confidently and clearly

• Minimum of 7 years in UI design with a robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end visual design expertise

• Proven track record in leading teams and influencing creative strategies

• Proficient in Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards such as WCAG

• Thorough knowledge of responsive web design, native apps, and familiarity with front-end technologies

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities

• Must be based in the United States
