β’ Masterβs degree or higher in education, instructional design, learning science, or related field.
β’ 7-10 years of experience in curriculum or program development in higher education.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives across academic and administrative units.
β’ Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Success in navigating ambiguity, managing change, and delivering results in a fast-paced academic environment.
β’ Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional technologies, and data-informed curriculum design preferred.
