• Lead and provide strategic direction for the Learning Experience Design (LXD) team, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and academic initiatives.
• Enhance learning design frameworks, policies, and quality standards to promote academic rigor, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of course and program development projects, optimizing resources and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Act as a liaison between academic and administrative units to facilitate collaboration and project success.
• Drive initiatives that incorporate new learning technologies, pedagogical innovation, and data-driven decision-making into course and program design.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and problem-solving.
• Master’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, learning science, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in curriculum or program development in higher education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives across academic and administrative units.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Success in navigating ambiguity, managing change, and delivering results in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional technologies, and data-informed curriculum design preferred.
