• Master’s degree or higher in education, instructional design, learning science, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in curriculum or program development in higher education.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive strategic initiatives across academic and administrative units.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Success in navigating ambiguity, managing change, and delivering results in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, instructional technologies, and data-informed curriculum design preferred.
